Fitness Notes
The cycle trail is mostly flat with gentle undulations and is suitable for any moderately active adult. The gorge walk involves some scrambling over rocks and wading through shallow water — sturdy closed shoes are essential. In the rainy season the gorge may be closed for safety; we will substitute Crescent Island or extra time at Lake Naivasha if so.
